Deliverables
Strategy
We work with you to create a clear and concise strategy for your funnel and help you decide which option is best based on your business’s unique needs. Once we’ve landed on a solid plan, our team will craft the process outline and asset list for your approval.
Development
Upon your approval, we’ll craft the wireframes for each page of the funnel along with any email campaign templates needed; you can hire our copywriters to do the copy for you or write it yourself using our copywriting guides. Once the document is completed, it’s time to go into development by building out each of the pages for your funnel AND the backend automation to ensure everything is working seamlessly.
Optimization
We ensure all your pages and assets are mobile optimized and easy to read for increasing conversions of mobile users and UX/UI. This means we may also build out additional sections and elements to ensure they are mobile-friendly.
Automation
Each custom funnel includes the backend automation setup for contact tags, list segmentation, email notifications of opt-ins or sales, email campaign setup, and pipeline setup.

Custom funnels vary drastically depending on the type of funnel you want to be built. Here is a rough estimate of what you can expect for the three main types of funnels we create (please note timelines may vary based on customization and revisions):
- Standard Opt-In Funnel estimated 2-week turnaround from completion of all copywriting.
- Standard Workshop Funnel estimated 3-4 week turnaround from completion of all copywriting.
- Custom Quiz Funnel with up to 4 category result pages is estimated between 4-6 week turnaround upon completion of all copywriting. Additional quiz result pages will increase the time needed for this project.
Investments
- Standard Opt-In Funnel starts at a base of $600 for a 3-page and 250-word max per page funnel (opt-in page, confirmation page, thank you page)
- Standard Workshop Funnel starts at $1,800 for a 3-step funnel (workshop sales page 750-word max, checkout page 300-word max, confirmation page 300 word max)
- Custom Quiz Funnel costs $3,000 for four quiz result pages with a 750-word max, a custom quiz opt-in page, and all custom coding. (Additional quiz result pages and email campaigns will result in additional fees)

Then we get to work with building your entire website on WordPress using a custom plug-and-play software called Elementor that quickly presents the information to your viewers and moves them through your sales process.

A custom sales page is estimated to take 6-8 weeks to complete from the moment we kick off the project with your initial intake call and receipt of all brand assets.
Investment
A 750-word custom sales page starts at $2,000, which includes the complete design and development of the page. If you’d like to hire our copywriters to write high-converting anti-oppressive copy for you, pricing will vary.

If desired, you may purchase additional add-ons such as:

Investment
A single-page website starts at $3,000, and a standard 5-page website starts at $7,500.
Suppose the client does not already have a professional brand kit established with a color palette, logos, and vector files. In that case, the client will need to purchase a custom brand kit for an additional $1,800 before being able to start the web design project.
